Tender Evaluation

Tender evaluation is the stage of the procurement process during which authority identifies that the tender participants meet the set of requirements. The best evaluation is based on announced criteria, so it’s easy to make a comparison.

The criteria can be different for different types of orders. The tender winner is that one, who’s bid gives the most valuable solution or has a qualitative, quantitative or the lowest price advantage in comparison with competitors.
